The Board of VAMSF is delighted to invite you to a fundraiser for the Vipin Agrawal Memorial Scholarship Fund.

We have the honor of having Dilip and Meesha Acharya present an evening of Ghazals and Bollywood Songs for us. We will also be updating you on the first year of the scholarship fund including our first recipients.

The VAMSF helps immigrant college students in Computer Science and STEM majors. Please donate generously to a wonderful cause for a fantastic group of students. Please join us for this virtual event!

Dilip Acharya is a life-long student of Indian music. He earned his Sangeet Visharad (B.Mus) in vocal music from Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh. As an All India Radio Artist, he performed Bhajans, Folk songs & Sugam Sangeet. He is highly passionate about singing Ghazals and has performed in many concerts in India, Africa, and the US. He also loves composing & arranging music and has done music direction in plays. He is a self-taught Harmonium player and has the good fortune of accompanying in Hindustani classical concerts with many known classical vocalists. 

Meesha developed a passion for Indian music listening to her mom who was a regular performer of devotional and film music to the audience of Zambia, Africa. Her inherent talent, love and passion for Indian music has enabled her to perform in many musical concerts and fundraisers. She is passionate about singing different genres of music.
